我的EB2进入递交485以后排期倒退, 现在前进缓慢还在pending, 但是我太太的EB3绿卡申请上星期批准了,我们是分别独立申请的. (她的485申请里没有申请我.我的485申请里也没有申请她,只有孩子.) 今天我太太收到了绿卡. 我听说可以申请把我们两个的合并,我就不用等排期了.

有律师建议我办绿卡申请家属团聚,但是仍然有排期的问题.有律师建议follow to join,

对于我已经有了pending 485的情况又有点浪费了, 重新申请费用要好贵(移民局+律师费用按人算加上孩子的要好几千了), 还要撤掉现在的485,感觉有点小题大做了.

听有人说不需要follow to join就合并两个case了. 问了几个移民律师都说不知道怎么办.

请问怎么办理才能简单快速呢?

-It is very simple and costs zero dollars. Just write a letter to USCIS to request USCIS to  do I-485 interfiling (I-485 relink), i.e. I-485 transfer from your I-140 to your spouse I-140 even if your spouse's green card is approved. You just Google I-485 interfiling or I-485 relink, then you find many sample letters or artilces. Although most I-485 interfiling cases are related to one person who has two I-140s, you are also qualifed for I-485 interfiling in your case. After you request I-485 interfiling, you had better call USCIS to follow up to make sure your I-485 interfiling is completed.

You need to provide the copy of your marriage certificate, and your child needs to provide his/her birth certiificate for I-485 interfiling.
