请问：
1．如果我现在补交我弟弟的Stepdaughter的名字，而她母亲（我弟媳）并没有同时申请移民，在这种情况下，补申请我弟弟的Stepdaughter， 会否对整个移民申请case造成不利影响？

2．如弟弟落地后，他自己（作为永久居民）能否立刻为他的Stepdaughter申请移民？
