不是employment based.就是亲属移民。不知道为什么我的朋友给他妈妈申请时，都填了。他也是亲属移民。是几年前这样子要求过吗？

-If your father will apply for the immigrant visa in China, he needs to report the two-year residency in British, and he probably will be asked to provide the Police Clearance Certificate (无犯罪记录） for that two year period of time.
