父母在美国待6个月到11/06应该返回中国，9月底的时候递交了B-2延期申请。他们只申请多待一个月到12/06因为护照有效期是明年6月7日，所以想提前半年回去换新护照。现在的问题是：
1. 父母已经于11月底回国了，递交的B-2延期申请到现在还没有approve。如果一直没有消息会不会影响他们下次来美国？

2. 如果他们的申请最后被拒了，他们多滞留的三个星期算是非法滞留吗？

对下次来美会有什么影响？

3. 他们今年才得到的10年B-2签证，这个签证会不会受这次延期申请的影响？。
