请教，H1签证， 准备employer sponsored 绿卡申请， 雇主已委托律师办Perm, 请问， I -140 可以自己申请吗， 还是一定需要律师， 因为雇主只负责PERM， 其他费用（I-140，I-485）都是自己负责。 如果可行， 有什么注意事项吗？
-The I-140 has to be signed by the employer. If the employer agrees you to prepare the I-140 documents, and you can do it and ask the employer (HR Director) to sign it, not need the lawyer. But most employers may not agree you to prepare the paperwork. Of course, you can absolutely do the I-485 paperwork and file it by yourself, not need the lawyer, because I-485 is yours, not the employer's.
