我父母在美国境内等待绿卡。
当初递交I130和I485的时候，只申请了EAD，没有申请AP。
现在绿卡还在等待pending中，EAD快过期了，我准备给他们Renew，但是AP当初就没申请，现在可以申请吗？

如果光renew EAD我知道不需要再次打指膜，但是用pending I485 receipt去新申请AP，是否需要打指膜？-No.
另外，I485pending申请EAD和AP，是否不需要另外付费，
申请只要填妥申请表格和I485 receipt一起邮寄就可以了吗？
