为了办父母探亲签证，我刚在网上提交了DS-160表，我父母平时戴眼镜，就用了5个月前他们戴眼镜的照片，刚要预约签证时间，看到申请美国签证网站上写着：自2016年11月1日起，拍摄签证照片将不允许戴眼镜。

请问我父母需要重新照不戴眼镜的照片并用其重新填写提交DS-160表吗？已经提交的DS-160表不能改照片吗？

-If you have not pay the fee yet, you may just fill out a new DS 160. If you have paid the fee, then your parents may just bring their photo which meets the requirements for the interview.
