申请亲属移民，等待期间申请B1/B2签证

请教各位老师，我为在国内的哥嫂一家人包括小孩在两年前申请了亲属移民。大家知道，这种亲属移民排期在十年以上。现在如果我哥（只是他一个人）申请旅游探亲非移民签证，大家觉得成功的可能性多大？有类似的经历可以分享吗？先谢谢各位。
