1. "对领养证书的公证，即：将收养证从中文释放成了英文" is enough for apply US B-2 visa.

2. get Chinese passport for you daugher from China, and apply B-2 visa so you can bring your daughter to US.

3. live together with your daughter for more than 2 years (either in China or in US)

4. after  2 years, apply I-130, 485 for your daughter tp get US green card.
