我申请弟弟一家移民，弟弟小孩实际年龄超过21岁，但CSPA没超过。在我收到V fee invoice表，发现小孩没列在里面时，按照您的建议，写信给移民局请他们加入小孩，并附上小孩出身等证件。但移民局不搭理，
