请教8老师 and others

We have mailed family based 130 and 485 for my parents, the carrier record showed it was received one week ago in Chicago lockbox but still haven't got the receipts yet. I am worried what if the receipts eventually come after their visa expire? anyone has experiene that how long does it take to get receipts? what can I do? thanks.
