请教8老师：父母回美证问题

8 老师， 我父母一起递交的I31，父亲的20天前已收到，母亲的却没有任何音讯。去LOCAL问了，只说在处理。这种情况会是什么原因呢？若去加急，会影响绿卡的申请吗？谢谢你！
