8老师，我2012年来美国，当时是L2签证，2013年教中文56个小时，2014年教中文96小时，均已报税，但当时不知道工作需要许可。2015年回国续签了签证，到期时间是2017年5月。现在我先生EB1申请的绿卡下来了，我申请绿卡时教中文的经历会不会造成拒签啊？属于非法打工的范围吗？我在美国生了一个女儿，2017年1月将生第二个孩子，如果拒签，我该如何处理？谢谢！
