谢谢8老师的意见。想确认一下您的意思是先capture这两个月，然后如果485没批再回去签H1。我想问问为什么I485pending的时候最好不要回去？

-Because you do not have an H-1 status now and if you leave US, your I-485 may be affected. You only can travel using AP if you do not have H-1 status.

还有一个问题是我这次是先capture两个月再过两个月延H1还是可以两个一起延呢？

-Directly extend for another 3 years. Talk to the lawyer, and the lawyer will handle it well.
