请教8老师和各位：关于网上申请renew 绿卡。 （早上在办公室，不方便打中文）

请教8老师和各位：网上申请renew 绿卡，用email 在USCIS申请了一个account, 当递交了自己的申请后， 想再申请孩子的绿卡renew。 结果如下error message:

you have reached the maximum number of allowed submittted case of this type

难到每个人renew绿卡，都要在USCIS申请了一个独立的account吗？ 一家人renew绿卡， 不能用同一个USCIS的account吗？

大家renew绿卡时， 怎么做的？
