8老师，谢谢您的回复！我现在在美国，自己办不需要请律师吗？我的签证明年5月到期，现在申请来的及吗？我提交申请大概要等多久？谢谢！

-It is very simple, not need lawyer. Provide the completed I-485 and G-325A,  the copy of your spouse's green card (both front and back sides), the copy of I-140 approval notice, the copy of I-485 approval notince, the copy of your marriage certificate, copy of your birthdate ceritificate, copy of your passport information page with the visa page and entry stamp page, your current I-94 (print it out online at: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home), and I-693 physical exam.
