8老师，eVUS的voluntary enrollment在哪里弄？

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) expects to begin accepting early EVUS enrollments on a voluntary basis in mid-October, before enrollments become mandatory on November 29, 2016.

现在已经十月底了，我没看见哪里可以办理。
