-Probably no because he was wound and it was also less than one year.
3）如果他有资格申请公民,在寄入籍表时，是否需要附页，说明为什么他有350天在中国。或是出具中国医院的诊断证明，或是别的其它证明（比如说3年的报税表）
-Not need to provide these documents and not need to explain anything with the N-400 filing, but he may explain it duirng the interivew. Bring the evidences for the interview, in case.
