Will this be considered concurrent filing: File I-458 and I-765 a few weeks after filing I-130, on the cover page, asking USCIS to join I-458 and I-765 to the pending I-130 ?

-It is not concurrently filing. You need to have I-130 receipt to file I-485, etc. in this case.
