绿卡身份给孩子申请绿卡，I-130批准的日子在孩子满21岁之前。一直打电话询问年龄的问题，移民局的回答是年龄冻结。然后提交了485，结果面试的时候说孩子超龄0.0013年，也就是1，2天，不能给绿卡。没下书面拒绝信，说让孩子在半年内弄到合法身份，也让孩子家庭在圣诞节团聚。

现在怎么办？

上诉的胜算有多大？

-If your child was really age-out (even if only one day), there is not chance to win. You may consult an immigrant lawyer to see whether your child was really age-out. If yes, you may not need to appeal. 

申请春季研究生入学有点困难，很多学校春季不招生吧？还有什么好的办法吗？
