您好老师：我老公是公民他申请我在中国的儿子移民来美是继父申请，如果我儿子到时候来美后拿到的是二年的还是长期的绿卡，我听我朋友说按我与老公结婚登记的时间算如果有达到二年那么过来后拿的是长期的绿卡，请教老师如果是按我朋友说的那样那么是按照我儿子出来的时间开始算还是按照他在中国签证的时间算？
