请问8老师，我为国内父母申请绿卡，今年7月12日递交i-130，很快收到i-797，但是现在都三个多月了，移民局那边一直没有任何消息来，这是正常的吗？

可能要等多久才可能有下一步动作？

-wait for I-130 approval. After it is approved, USCIS will forward the case to NVC to process.

下一步可能是做什么呢？我好准备。
