绿卡以Non-residential身份上税的两个问题：

  1. 如果2017年4月份以Non-residential身份上2016年的税，绿卡一定会被USCIS取消吗？
  2. 如果因为以Non-residential身份上税，绿卡于2017年6月份被USCIS取消，我之前2016年和2017年3-4月份在美国停留的期间算合法，还是非法？-I don't understand why you want to pay the income tax as a non-resident. This is violation of law, and you may have potential big trouble.
