It seem your employers used premium processing for the I-140 petitions. So, it is very bad for the child's CSPA age.

If you file I-485 based on the latest I-140, the I-140 pending dates are: July 7 - June 27 = 10 days.

The child's CSPA age = the child's actual age when the PD is current - 10 days. If the child's CSPA age < 21, then the child can file I-485.
