夫妻两人都有绿卡，回国按国内手续领养了一个2岁小孩。给小孩申请B2被拒。丈夫回美后在一月份申请了入籍，已录指纹，在等待background check。请问8老师，现在可以给小孩申请绿卡吗？多谢

-You have to live physically with the child for at least two years to be qualifed for sponsoring the chcild's green card (immigrant visa) because you were not a US citizen whne you adopted the child.
