我有两个140.

First 140:

    Receipt date: May 24, 2012

    Notice date: June 8, 2012

    Priority date: Oct 25, 2011

Second 140:

    Receipt date: June 27, 2016

    Notice date: July 7, 2016

    Priority date: Oct 25, 2011

The next month filing current date is May 01, 2014.

Son's birth day is: Oct. 09, 1994. he is more than 21 years old.

The child's CSPA age = the child's actual age when the PD is current (October 1, 2016) - I-140 pending dates (the I-140 iyou use to file I-485)

Note: I-140 pending dates = I-140 approval date (i.e. I-140 approval notice issued date) - I-140 receipt date.

You did not provide the I-140 approval date here, so I can not calculate it for you. You can  do it based on the quation above.

If the child's CSPA age < 21, then the child can file I-485 with the parent.

Is he eligible file I-485?
