我太太办理她兄弟移民到期了，由于2003年交I130时，他是单身，所以只有他的名字。后来结婚了，也有小孩，根据你上次告诉我，他可以和太太，小孩这次一起办。 那么请问，是不是除了他要填D260表格外， 他太太和小孩每人还要各自填一份D260表格（并各自另交325美元的申请费）吗？

-Yes. Each person files one D260 and pay the fee.

关键是我们现在只有他的invoice，又怎么交他家属的费呢？

-Contact NVC and ask NVC to add the wife and child and send the separate invorces for eqach person. Provide the marriage certificate and the childe birth certificate.
