移民局寄出来的返美证被USPS寄丢了，求救！

移民局寄出来的返美证被USPS寄丢了，在网上e-request了重新再寄，但给了tracking number之后让联系USPS。USPS给了case#并且确定丢了，但再次request了也没有用。给移民局打了电话，被告知不能重做，需要重新file I-131但不用交钱和打指纹，但新申请被打了回来，说是因为没有缴费，给NSC的follow-up email发信也没回。有啥建议啊，人在国内，回去重新申请很费劲，多谢多谢！
