下面是我收到的H-1申请的事项。您看该怎末理解呢？我是在4个月内不能外出旅行，包括回国吗？怎末写这个Travel plan好呢？这个要求是不是只针对美国境内的申请者呢？
真是晕头转向。谢谢回答！

Please list all travel plans outside the US for the next 4 months。While the H-1B petition is pending adjudication, travel outside of the US is restricted. Being made aware of your travel plans in advance will aid the HR in advising you with regard to travel as it relates to the filing of an H-1B petition.
