非常感謝您的指教。我還有一個問題： 如我老婆逾期居留，我公民後她再遞交I-485，那她在拿到正式綠卡之前，可以拿回美證回國嗎？如可以，回美時，會不會有麻煩？謝謝！

-If she has been unlawfully present in US for > 180 days before she files I-485, she cannot travel to China until she gets the green card.
