請教8老師，父母下月回國，打算回國再辦綠卡。我現在就遞I-130應該沒影響吧？反正130也得等半年。

-Do you mean your parents will apply for the immigrant visa in China. If yes, no problem at all. But don't forget to indicate in the I-130 that they will apply for the immigrant visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou.
