请问8老师 H1B Extension 没批准前可以换agent吗？

我的H1B 是 2016 3月12日到期，目前在extension申请中， 还没批，要RFE。

现在雇主想要我换 agent 为了节省钱，请问在这种情况换公司 申请 新的H1B 会不会批准，

会不会有名额限制？   而且我的 PD 是 14年8月 EB2， 即如果申请新的 H1B的批准的话，我的PD 

还是 14年 8月吧？但是GC 整个过程都要重来。
