请问8老师 questions regarding greencard application documents

Thank you for helping me with this problem I have regarding supporting documents for greencard application:

 

Does the birth certificate, parent's marriage certificate all need to be notarized within the last 3 M? 

I have those documents notarized, but there were several years old, are they still usable?
