请问你的money order是由你自己直接出给CIS的呢，还是交给你的雇用单位由他们交给CIS呢？我的大学要我交Check,但看你的情况交money order也可以吗？多谢分享你的情报！
此外，你的问题我知道一些。如果你在国外，money order可以换成你所在地的货币，只交一点汇率的手续费即可。再US,当然还是$.
