8老师你好，我是一个加拿大国籍学生，还有将近一年学业需要在加拿大完成， 持有美国immigrate visa E15， 想问下需不需要申请回美证，回美证是不是要在美国打完指模才能回出境？谢谢！

-Are you living in US now? If you stay in Canada less than one year, you don't need to apply for reentry permit. If you need it, you had better conduct the fignerprinting befor leaving. You can request expedited process for biometric appointment which takes about 10 to 15 days. See:
