Thank you so much. Do we have to find a very best lawyer for his case? His party membership has been terminated since he came to USA in 2002 ! It has been more than 10 years !

-Then, he may just explain it in the response to the RFE and provider the evidence of his abandonment of the Party membership. O focurse, he may concult an immigrant lawyer if necessary.
