After your I485 is approved, you can file I824 for your hu*****and to follow to join. The approve of I824 will be forwarded to Guangzhou and they will send a package to your hu*****and call package 3, then your hu*****and send it back. After that, he will be noticed to interview and get an immigration visa.
I don't know whether you can apply I824 before your I485 is approved. I don't know how long it will take in Guangzhou. There rarely any example in the Internet.
