请教8老师：H1身份，有AP和EAD，H1 visa stamp尚在有效期内（有效期仅有一月余），请问回美时用哪种状态比较好？

-Had better use H-1 visa if it does not expire when you return to US. If it expires, just use AP.

 

再者，如果用了AP回美，是否就要激活EAD继续工作？

-No, not need EAD if you still work for the H-1 sponsor/employer.
