深受EB2大倒退的打击，14下半的PD。谁能给个2017预测。前面有多少申请。

另外，该不该降级到EB3。纠结中，如果降级，有弊端嘛？

-Not at all. It only has positive effects, no any negative effects, because the EB2 I-140 is still valid even if you downgrade it to EB-3 category. Thus, your I-485 will be approved based on either EB-2 or EB-3 I-140, depends on which PD is current first.
