求教：本人H4，EAD还有一个月就过期了，已经申请了延期，但是估计一个月之内是拿不到新的EAD的。我现在在学校代课，我想问在拿到新的EAD之前是不是不能出去代课？

-You can not work when the EAD expires, and work again after the EAD renewal application is approved. You should have filed the application earlier (you can do it in advance up to 120 days before the old EAD expires).

如果去了会不会惹上什么法律问题？

-You will be out of status due to violation the status rule.
