请教：老公在等H1签证， 同时申请时填了家属的H4

本人刚拿到临时的雇佣信， 将准备过边境时申请TN。

如果全家同时过境， H4 和 TN会不会冲突？ 还是只申请TN， H4 （也将过境时签的）就自动无用

-Has your H-4 been approved yet? If no, what is your current status? If you have H-4 status or have another status with H-4 application pendingcurrently, you can go to the border to get the TN I-94/status.

TN过境时需要什么？

worst case scenario: TN如果据了， 可以H4 入境吗？

-Yes, if your spouse has H-1 status.
