持绿卡海归工作5年，其间每年均回美国探亲1-2次。回国之前已在美国居留7年。当初为以防万一，海归其间办理过两次白皮书（最后的一次今年底到期，一周前探亲过海关时告诉我我不需要了，被收走）。有如下问题请教：

1.     如果每年按时回来探亲的话，是否需要或还可以再申请AＰ？　

-Depends on whether you still will stay in China for a long time, but it may be difficult for USCIS to approve your RP applicationagain because you have done to two times.

2.     目前想申请公民，家在加州，是否在申请公民前需要在加州居住满三个月？-Not necessary.

能否在探亲时递交N-400？-Yes.在中国工作期间，在美国每年仍然有缴税。

3.     因为过去５年在国内工作，多数时间在国内，在N-400填表中，如何提供Ｐａｒｔ５的信息（Information about your residence）？　表中需要提供　＂Where have you lived during the last five years?＂ 在Current Physical Address中填入国内地址会有问题？

-No problem. You need to tell the truth in N-400. By the way, your total physical presence in US in the last five years must have been at least 30 months. If no, you will not be qualifed for N-400 filing.　"回国之前已在美国居留7年" is useless in this case.

4.     在美国原学校工作超过１０年，可以办理退休。目前在美国无雇主对申请公民有影响吗？-No.
