I read a few website and they are saying for I-824 follow-to-join benefits, the spouse do not need to wait for a visa number to be available because the visa will be available for them immediately. And this is also what I understood from your message before.
So it doesn't matter whether it's an I-130 or I-824 (I filed for him concurrently with my I-485) and I still need to check visa bulletin every month?
