1) 用绿卡进关有多大机率被拒，若被盘问，不在自愿放弃绿卡书上鉴字，要求上庭，移民局会有在什么时间内上庭的要求吗？
-Yes, they will send your parents an appointment notice.
上庭保住绿卡的几率有多少？
-I personally think your parents has no chance to win unless their overstay in China was becuase something uncontrolled (e.g. serious illness) prevented them retrun to US on time. If they lose the case in the court, they will deported out of US and thus, the consequence is very serious. It seems you have read some articles online from some lawyers, but you need to note that these lawyers noramlly only tell part of the story and not tell the consequence if losing the case in the court.
My suggestion is that if there was not special reason to prevent your parents return to US on time, they had better just abandon their green card in any one of the US Consulates in China, and apply for B-2 visa to enter US. If they want to apply for the green card again, you can sponsor them again as before.
2) 若从中国飞到加拿大，再由加拿大开车到美国，能否避免被盘问？
-That will not work at all.
