I got rejected for F1 visa yesterday. i have the B2 10 year visa last year and visted US this year. Is this visa still valid if I want to come back to US in the Fall?

-Do you mean your F-1 visa (stamp) applicaiton was denied in the US Consulate in China? If yes, then it does not affect your current B-2 visa validity and of course, you can use the B-2 visa to travel to US any time.
