I am applying citizenship for my parents. They spent 11 month in China in the past 5 years but they haven't filed tax return during the past 5 years, how do I prove their residency continuance?!

- They can provide their insurance proof (e.g  health insurance), bank account statement, lease (if they live in an apartment), loan payment, etc. Of course, they don't need to provide all of this kind of evidences for N-400 filing, but provide it during the inetrview if USCS ask for it.
