她现人在中国，打算9 月初持B2回美国。有几个问题：

1，回美入关会有问题吗？B2和移民申请会有冲突，不让入境吗？-Possibly she may have trouble to enter US due to immigrant intent.

2,  来美后（如成行）申请I485可以吗？B2身份入境会影响调整身份吗？-No problem if she can enter US, but she had better not file I-485 until 3 months later after she enters US.

3，等待调整身份一定要在美国境外吗？-She had better apply for the immigrant visa in China because you filed I-130 before she enters US. I-130 filing probably makes her trouble to enter US. Of course, she may be lucky, but the risk definately exists.
