想邀请国内非直属亲戚（姐夫）来美国住一段时间养病（肺癌，需要新鲜空气），但自己经济情况不佳。听说可以让国内亲戚自己担保。不过姐夫不太懂得如何操作，一切大概都只有靠我（除了钱以外）。请问如果我邀请他来旅游，但让他自己担保，这样的情况，需要填写那个表格？

-Not need any. You just need to provide the invitation letter to invite him to visit you, and also provide the copy of your status, e.g. copy of your US citizenship, green card, H-1B aprpoval, whichever applies to you. He needs to provide the financial proof, etc. for the visa interview. Read these links for B-2 visa application:
