有问题如下希望大家帮忙看看，多谢了！！！

我现在的收入可以担保父母的绿卡申请，但是每年的报税都是和老公一起的(税表上的收入是家庭年收入），请问我老公也要做担保人吗？

-Not necessary, but up to you. No matter what, provide the copy of the joint taxt return.

我三年前没有工作，所以税表上（2013）年只有老公的收入，请问现在我一个人担保会有问题吗？多谢了！！
