我们是加拿大公民，但住在美国，申请F1签证时，要递交Form I-901和缴费，想问一下，Form中的Address可以是美国的地址吗？

还是必须是国外的地址？

这个地址是干什么用的？是要给我们寄Receipt吗？
-Yes before, not now. You have to have a address, right? You will get the receipt immediately after you file I-901 and pay the fee online. Print it out and bring it with you when you enter US.
By the way, are you currently an F-1 student (i.e. are you studying at the school now)? If yes, you don't need to file I-901 and not need to pay the fee.

我们回来入关时，申请F1签证，除了护照，I20，是不是还要这个Receipt？还有其他的吗？
--Because you are Canadain citizen, you don't need to get the F-1 visa stamp in the US Consulate. You just need to bring your passport and the I-20 to enter US, and you will get the F-1 I-94 (i.e. F-1 status) at the port of entry. If you are a new student, you also need to bring the I-901 filing receipt (i.e. the SEVIS fee receipt) with you.
Talk to your school before you leave US.
